About the role:

 

You will be working closely with AudioMob partners, and you will be the primary point of contact for all insight, analytics and reporting. You will be an integral part of their journey with us and will not only build relationships with our partnered organisation, but you will also be the technical bridge and fit cross functionally between business and technology.

Ideal Experience:

 

  • 4+ years experience within the programmatic / agency advertising space
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or similar roles
  • Knowledge of mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
  • A keen interest in technology and previous experience in a technical account management role is desirable
  • Strong quantitative, analytical & problem-solving skills

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure campaigns are managed, reported and delivered correctly
  • Lead on campaign analysis and insights for all clients
  • Assisting with management of live projects with both internal teams and external clients, coordinating client deliverables
  • Creating and owning specific processes (IOs, client reporting, campaign KPIs, etc)
  • Work with external agency planning & buying teams to ensure campaigns are setup for success
  • Build and maintain a strong relationships with our clients to ensure client satisfaction through efficient and effective delivery
  • Report against performance of campaigns and create EOC reporting for clients detailing what did and did not work, presenting where required
  • Assist in creating / updating materials to support training, delivery and business development
  • Respond to and troubleshooting queries from clients and other stakeholders
  • Be the client point of contact for reporting
  • Support team members and agency colleagues with proposals for external clients,
  • Identify increased product adoption and case study opportunities
  • Support with any operational and administrative requirements of the business
