Description: 

We’re looking for an experienced financial controller to join our team here at AudioMob! In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving AudioMob's financials and directing our accounting operations.

You will manage our accounting records, evaluate and manage financial risk and ensure our compliance with regulations. You will be the “Go-To” person for any questions relating to AudioMob's financial information.

Ideal Experience: 

  • 5+ years experience in finance management
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Demonstrated evidence of setting up new financial processes
  • Project management within an international set up including virtual management
  • Compliance oriented

 

Ideal skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to effectively partner with leadership to ensure fluid processes
  • Role model AudioMob values, and a culture of inclusivity
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting experience
  • Knowledge of implementation of new financial systems 
  • Experience securing R&D credits and tax credits
  • Preparation and presentations  of board reporting for group investors and directors


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with our CEO and Head of Operations to create a proper financial structure and prepare budget processes for each department.
  • Be the point of contact for all financial and accounting related queries across AudioMob
  • Conduct and oversee all the accounting operations including bookkeeping and payroll processes
  • Manage accounting records and monitor expenditure
  • Coordinate and project manage with external accounting partners of AudioMob when required 
  • Support in building the financial infrastructure and develop plans necessary for AudioMob to achieve its financial growth objectives.
  • Working closely with our Head of People on headcount growth plans and cost analysis. 
  • Manage financial transactions such as Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Manage, review and improve AudioMob’s sales invoices process
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial information and compliance for all necessary tax-related items
  • Implement proper internal controls, achieve organisational targets, and develop financial plans that support organisational strategy


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Experience in the gaming space or tech space
  • Experience working in a start-up to scale-up environment

Compensation
