And we’re innovating the AdTech and gaming space through our unique ‘audio ads for games’ format. Our format allows advertisers to engage consumers while letting developers monetise their games without disrupting gameplay. When an AudioMob ad surfaces during gameplay, players can continue to play.


We are growing rapidly with a client portfolio that includes the likes of Warner Music Group, Empire and Ministry of Sound.

As the Head of Moonshots, you will be researching and exploring new opportunities to drive effective changes and highlight new technologies. You will ideally have startup/scaleup experience, varied background and great problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively across all verticals at AudioMobs.


Ideal Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably Business development, Revenue Development, R&D or similar role
  • Experience working in a start-up/scale-up capacity
  • Background as a software engineer and transitioned into a technical leadership position
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience creating and establishing processes to deliver technology and business goals
  • High EQ and personable approach to management with a focus on coaching and mentoring


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on new innovations
  • Research, adapt and execute new development strategies
  • Responsible for new methodologies for the agile development and testing of product prototypes and concepts
  • Maintain awareness of competitor technology developments
  • Coaching and mentoring to drive change or to build knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the Products, Engineering, Design team
  • Set clear expectations whilst maintaining a positive work environment that promotes collaboration within the team


Nice to have:

  • Advanced knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Software Engineering background
  • Degree in Computer Sciences
