We’re looking for a Marketing & Events expert to join the AudioMob team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and planning of all AudioMob's special events; planning which ones we attend, and internal events for our team. We’re looking for a highly organised, strategic and collaborative specialist. In this role you'll work with our Head of Design, Head of Operations, and Sales teams to ensure ROI for each event, smooth execution, and that our brand reputation remains flawless. This will be instrumental to the success of AudioMob - growing awareness of the brand, and promoting our innovative products to the world. You’ll be passionate about AudioMob, working with our People, Brand, Products and events! You’ll role model our values but this role will have a particular focus on the owner's mindset and teamwork.

This role will (at times) require out of hours working in peak event times due to international time zones.


You will be:

  • No.1 Champion of our Products and Brand
  • Keeping our Events calendar relevant & fresh - making sure there’s strategic thinking about AudioMob presence at all future events
  • Liaising with teams and stakeholders to get the relevant event information
  • The POC for internal/external speakers and attendees with logistics enquiries
  • Organising global travel to events when needed. Identifying the best POC for event attendance (considering cost - let’s not break the bank!)
  • Sourcing and booking venues and suppliers e.g. F&B, AV
  • Working with our Sales team to target potential leads through events
  • Promoting events we are attending on social media channels & AudioMob website
  • Pre and post event promotion planning
  • Organising and managing virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meets) for any virtual events, internal live streams/virtual town hall etc
  • Ensure that the defined objectives of the event are achieved
  • Ordering collateral and ensuring branding is on point for all events
  • Managing PSL for companies providing services, materials, and collateral
  • Booking tickets to all games and audio industry events - making sure we’re always on the pulse of the Audio world 
  • Coordinate with the Content team: on attendance and promoting the collateral
  • Design contingency plans and ensure accuracy of all planned events
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders internally and externally to make the event a success
  • Improve the event planning process and own the full events operations
  • Coordinate with Operations and People's team about internal attendees
  • Provide visibility to Operations and Finance about events logistics and budgets
  • Handle the full event booking process
  • Coordinate with the Content team on the Event briefing and Marketing content requirements
  • Supporting with design briefs for events, ensuring the roadmap is up to date

Ideal Experience: 


  • 3+ years experience in managing events
  • Event Management degree/ relevant experience
  • Knowledge of mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Demonstrated evidence of setting up several marketing events
  • Experience working in a start-up to scaleup environment
  • Strategic coordination of events and marketing activity

Ideal skills:

  • Stay calm whilst working under pressure and will work on multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Superstar relationship building skills - specifically: Strong teamwork, organisational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively partner with leadership to ensure fluid operations
